Ways to Give

USE THE KROGER COMMUNITY REWARDS PROGRAM:
If you already have a Kroger Plus card(s):

• Click on Sign In at krogercommunityrewards.com
• Enter your email address and password and sign in to your account.
• Click on Edit Kroger Community Rewards information.
• Enter 44392 or 21st Century Partnership Foundation, select the circle next to our organization and click to confirm.
• To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will see our organization’s name on your information page.
• The 21st Century Partnership thanks you for identifying us for the Kroger Community Rewards program.

If you do not have an existing Kroger Plus card:

• They are available at the customer service desk at any Kroger or if you want to provide your phone number at the register instead of a card, call 800-576-4377, option 4 to get your Kroger Plus card number.
• Click on Register at com
• Click on Create an Account.
• Enter your email address and create a password, enter zip code, click on favorite store, agree to the terms and conditions, and select the Create Account at the bottom.
• You should then get a message to check your email inbox and click on the link within the body of the email.
• Use your email address and password to proceed to the next step — Be sure to have your Kroger Plus card handy.
• Enter your Kroger Plus card number and update or confirm your information.
• Click on Edit under Community Rewards
• Enter RM459 or 21st Century Partnership Foundation, select the circle next to our organization and click to confirm.
• To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will see our organization’s name on your information page.
• Purchases will not count for the 21st Century Partnership until after you register your card(s).
• You must swipe your registered Kroger Plus card or use the phone number that is related to your registered Kroger Plus card when shopping for each purchase to count.
• The 21st Century Partnership thanks you for identifying us for the Kroger Community Rewards program.
